How are clients separated?
Projects are the client groups. A monitor can be filed under one project. Starter, Growth, and Agency can use them. Free cannot. You still have one workspace bill, not a new account per client.

An agency workspace holds each client's monitors in a project, with roles that let a client look without letting them edit.
Who can be invited?
A workspace has four roles, ranked owner, admin, member, then viewer. Invitations can grant admin, member, or viewer. The owner role is not something you can send by email.
What is white-label?
The Agency plan, $79 per month, includes white-label status pages, 15 public pages, 300 monitors, and up to 3 regions on a monitor. Lower plans keep UPKira branding on the status page.
