What shows up in public?
The monitor name, its public state, and the uptime figure for the window you display. Probe URLs, heartbeat tokens, and notification secrets are not part of the public payload.
A status page your customers can check themselves.
Each page has a public slug on status.upkira.com. You choose the monitors, the title, and an accent color. Private URLs and credentials stay off the page.
How is uptime calculated?
Uptime is time in the up state divided by time that is eligible. Seconds spent unknown, paused, or in maintenance are left out of both sides. If a monitor has no eligible time yet, the figure is not shown as 100%.
Can subscribers get email?
Visitors can subscribe with an email address. The address has to be verified before incident updates are sent, so a stranger cannot subscribe someone else and have mail start immediately.
Agencies that need the page on their own domain and without UPKira branding use the Agency plan. Everyone else starts from the page included on Free.
